![]() For nearly a decade Jaleel White delighted audiences as America's favorite nerd, Steve Urkel, on the hit sitcom Family Matters. White appeared with Bea Arthur in a dance number on "The 5th Annual American Comedy Awards" and made a guest appearance as Steve Urkel in an episode of "Full House." He also starred in "The Jaleel White Special." He is an avid basketball player who also enjoys watching old movies and TV shows. His idol and mentor is entertainer Bill Cosby. He was born in Los Angeles on Nov. 27, 1976.
She recently earned critical acclaim for her feature "Some Girl," which she wrote and starred in opposite Juliette Lewis, Michael Rapaport, and Giovanni Ribisi (her twin brother). Marissa's big break occurred at the age of sixteen when she landed a lead role in richard Linklater's coming-of-age classic, "Dazed and Confused." She immediately followed that up by playing Peter's girlfriend in the Paramount hit, "The Brady Bunch Movie." Most recently, Marissa has had roles in "True Crime," directed by Clint Eastwood, and New Line Cinema's "Pleasantville." Born and raised in Massapequa, New York, Dave Ruby moved to Los Angeles in 1994 to pursue a career in acting. Throughout college, he hosted a successful cable-access show from which he pulled together a makeshift demo reel. Soon after, he signed with a Hollywood talent agency and started working almost immediately. He has since starred in many movies, television shows and commercials - receiving a Clio Award in 1996. When not acting, Ruby enjoys going to the movies and the beach. He also likes to play what he refers to as "a silly sport" called paddle tennis and loves spending time with his Miniature Pinscher, Chase.
